Adam, 39, died of overdose in Las Vegas on Friday, leaving his family utterly devastated and shocked.

Previously, a representative of the family, Laura Herlovich, confirmed Adam’s death to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss,” the statement read.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Rick revealed the exact cause of Adam’s death, saying that fentanyl was to blame.
“Yes, I can confirm Adam died from a fentanyl overdose,” the reality-show star said. “The fentanyl crisis in this country must be taken more seriously. It seems it is just flowing over the borders and nothing is being done about it. We must do better.”
Fans, as well as some of Rick’s celebrity friends, were quick to share messages of condolence.
“I’m so sorry man,” wrote Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr.
Adam’s brother, Corey Harrison, also paid his tribute to his late sibling on Instagram, sharing an old baby photo of the two of them in a bath.
“Wax wtf I will always love you bubba,” he captioned the image.
Adam was Rick Harrison’s second child from his first marriage to Kim Harrison. Rick later went on to marry his second wife with whom he has son Jake.
While we saw Rick and Corey running the Gold & Silver Pawn and appearing on the show, Adam was not as involved, although it has been reported that he did work with his father.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports overdose deaths, including synthetic opioids, raising 56.6% from January 2020 to 2021.
The Drug Enforcement Agency lists fentanyl as a Schedule II controlled substance “that is similar to morphine but about 100 times more potent.” Depending on a person’s body, even two milligrams, which is less than a grain of salt, can be lethal.
Our thoughts and prayers go to the Harrison family.
In a surprising and bold move, rock musician Kid Rock has announced that Jennifer Lopez is banned from performing on stage during his upcoming concerts, following her latest endorsement deal. The controversial statement has sparked widespread debate and divided fans, as Kid Rock, known for his outspoken political views, criticized Lopez’s recent association with what he termed “woke” culture.
The incident stems from Lopez’s involvement in a new campaign with a major brand that Kid Rock believes aligns with the “woke” movement, which he has publicly denounced. The campaign in question advocates for inclusivity and social justice causes, topics that Kid Rock has often expressed strong opposition to.
In a statement released through his team, Kid Rock explained his decision to ban Lopez: “We’ve always stood for freedom of expression in music, but there’s no room for wokeness on my stage. I don’t support this push to politically indoctrinate the entertainment industry. If Jennifer Lopez is going to continue down that path, she’s not welcome here.”
The statement has sparked immediate reactions from fans and industry insiders alike, with many questioning whether Kid Rock’s stance will affect his career or his fanbase.
Lopez’s endorsement of the brand in question comes at a time when the entertainment industry is increasingly leaning into socially conscious messaging. Her campaign focuses on amplifying voices for marginalized communities and promoting social responsibility. However, to Kid Rock, the move seems to have crossed a line.
“The industry is being taken over by these virtue-signaling campaigns. I’m all for supporting causes, but not if it’s being used to push a political agenda that divides us,” Kid Rock continued in his statement. “Jennifer Lopez is a talented artist, but this is a business decision that doesn’t align with what I believe in.”
ZBreakingNewz on X: “Kid Rock Throws Jennifer Lopez Out of the “Woke Is Whack” Tour After Her Big Endorsement, “I Don’t Work With Woke”: In a headline-making showdown, Kid Rock reportedly had
As of now, Jennifer Lopez has not publicly responded to Kid Rock’s comments or his ban. However, sources close to the singer have indicated that Lopez is committed to her principles and will not be deterred by Kid Rock’s disapproval.
“Jennifer stands firm in her beliefs and will continue to support causes she believes in. This kind of criticism is part of being a public figure, and she’s ready to move forward with her mission,” said a representative for Lopez.
The feud has sparked a mix of reactions. Supporters of Kid Rock have praised his bold stand, while others believe he’s alienating fans with his polarizing stance. “Kid Rock is simply standing up for his beliefs,” said one fan. “He’s not afraid to call out the industry for pushing these woke agendas.”
On the other hand, many fans of Lopez and those advocating for social justice causes have expressed disappointment in Kid Rock’s comments, calling them exclusionary and divisive.
“Kid Rock’s actions show just how toxic this culture war has become. Music should bring people together, not tear them apart,” said one social media user. “Jennifer Lopez is a powerful voice for change, and she shouldn’t be shut out because of her values.”
This public clash is expected to escalate in the coming weeks, especially as Lopez continues to be an influential figure in the entertainment world. It remains to be seen how this fallout will impact her career and whether Kid Rock will face backlash from his fanbase for this latest move.
For now, Kid Rock and Jennifer Lopez are on opposite sides of a cultural divide, and their ongoing feud will likely fuel more heated discussions about the intersection of politics and entertainment.
Susan Sarandon, the Academy Award-winning actress, made headlines this week for her arrest during a protest in Albany, New York. She joined members of One Fair Wage, a group advocating for the rights of restaurant workers, who were demonstrating against a new law that excluded tipped workers from receiving the same minimum wage increase as non-tipped workers.
During the protest, the group attempted to spread a large pink banner over the concourse while chanting “One fair wage!” repeatedly. However, the authorities intervened, and several activists were arrested for disorderly conduct, including Sarandon. The protesters were later released after receiving appearance tickets.
Sarandon, who is known for her political activism, has been a vocal supporter of restaurant workers’ rights. She believes that these workers should not be excluded from the minimum wage increase and should be treated with dignity and respect for their hard work. Her recent arrest has sparked conversations on social media, with many people expressing support for her cause and commending her for standing up for what she believes in.
The tragic plane crash in Washington, D.C., involving a passenger plane and a military helicopter, has shaken the entire nation.
The U.S. Figure Skating Association confirmed that skaters, officials, and their family members were on board the flight.
Among those reportedly involved, according to the Russian news agency Tass, were former world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov.
No survivors in tragic the collision
Authorities have stated that no survivors are expected after a tragic midair collision between a passenger jet and an Army helicopter near D.C.’s Reagan National Airport.
On Thursday, the fire and EMS chief confirmed that crews have transitioned to a recovery operation. So far, 28 bodies have been recovered, including 27 from the plane and one from the Black Hawk helicopter, according to ABC News.
Washington Fire Chief John Donnelly referred to the situation as “highly complex,” noting the challenging conditions, including strong winds, freezing temperatures, and limited visibility in the dark waters.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that around 9:00 PM local time, a passenger plane collided with a U.S. Army helicopter as it was approaching Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
Reports indicate that the commercial passenger jet was carrying 60 passengers and four crew members, while the military helicopter had three soldiers aboard, reportedly on a training mission.
Disturbing CCTV footage from a nearby building has emerged online, capturing the moment of the collision. A massive explosion of flames erupts on impact, with both aircraft plunging into the Potomac River shortly afterward.
Skaters and coaches among victims
As more details emerge about the tragic crash, pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place regarding who was aboard the plane.
For example, U.S. Figure Skating previously confirmed that several skaters, coaches, and family members were on the commercial flight after attending a development camp that followed the national championships, which wrapped up Sunday in Wichita, Kansas.
“We are heartbroken to learn that figure skaters, along with their families, friends and coaches, are understood to be among those on board,” U.S. Figure Skating said in a statement. “Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.”
Later in the day, more details emerged. Two young figure skaters, two of their parents, and two highly-regarded Russian figure skating coaches were among those killed, according to Doug Zeghibe, the chief executive at the Skating Club of Boston.
According to AP, Zeghibe said that skaters Jinna Han and Spencer Lane were among those killed, along with coaches Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov.
“This will have long-reaching impacts for our community,” he said during a news conference where he was visibly emotional.
Russian skating legends confirmed dead
Russian news sources also confirmed the tragic loss of former world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov. The Kremlin confirmed that the renowned pair were aboard the flight. Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov were celebrated skaters in their own right, having won the pairs world title in 1994 in Chiba, Japan.
After their competitive careers, they relocated to the U.S. to pursue coaching, initially at the International Skating Center in Connecticut, and, since 2017, at the Skating Club of Boston.

Reports have indicated that their son, Maxim Naumov, a competitive skater who recently competed in the U.S. Championships in Wichita, might have been on the flight. Maxim, a former U.S. junior champion, has placed fourth at senior nationals for the past three years, just missing the podium this past Sunday while his parents were in the stands at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita.
Figure skating community mourns
Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov, a pair of Russian-born figure skating coaches, had made the U.S. their home since at least 1998.
The couple, who married on August 7, 1995, not only had a personal relationship but also competed together on the ice until 1998.
Both hailing from Soviet Leningrad, Naumov, who was three years older than Shishkova, began skating at the age of 10 in 1979. Shishkova, on the other hand, started skating at 8 and initially trained as a singles skater for three years before switching to pairs and partnering with Naumov, according to Daily Mail.
The figure skating community and fans have expressed their shock and sorrow over the tragic news. One person shared on social media, “I remember them competing. What a tragedy.” Another wrote, “May they all rest in peace.”

Ludmila Velikova, their childhood coach, expressed her deep sorrow at the tragic loss. ”They were my favorite sports people,” Velikova shared with Daily Mail.
”They were part of my first attempt at the world championships and became champions in 1994. They were talented and beautiful people.”
She continued, ”Apart from anything else, they were like my children. Zhenya (Shishkova) trained with me from the age of 11, and Vladik (Naumov) from age 14. What’s happened is awful. The best people have been taken away from us.”
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy. In times like these, it’s the love and support of those around us that help us navigate through unimaginable pain. Let’s hold their memory close and keep their families in our thoughts as we await more updates on this heartbreaking story.
Former world champion figure skaters Evgenia Shishkova, 53, and Vadim Naumov, 56, died in the January 28 midair collision between an American Airlines plane and a Black Hawk helicopter near Washington, D.C. The couple had just spoken to their son, Team USA skater Maxim Naumov,
before the crash.Flight 5342, carrying figure skaters, coaches, and families from the National Development Camp, crashed into the Potomac River while approaching Reagan National Airport. Shishkova and Naumov, who moved to the U.S. in 1998 to coach, were mourned by the figure skating community.
The viral incident unfolded on a GOL Airlines flight from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Belo Horizonte on December 4. Jeniffer Castro – a bank worker in Brazil – refused to give up her window seat to a young boy.
The child reportedly already had a window seat in a different row but threw a tantrum, insisting on sitting in Castro’s assigned seat, News.com.au reports. The 29-year-old stood her ground, declining to swap places with him. That decision didn’t sit well with the irate mother of the child, who decided to film the exchange while berating Castro.
In the clip, the woman behind the camera can be heard asking: “Why doesn’t she want to change seats? I even asked if she has some kind of syndrome or something. If someone has a problem, some disability, we understand.”
“I’m recording your face, this is disgusting. It’s the 21st century and people have no empathy for children,” she added, translated from Portuguese to English (per The Sun).
Despite the passenger’s insults, Castro remained calm, only asking if she was being recorded. The footage quickly went viral on TikTok. Instead of condemning Castro, online users rallied to her defense.
Many praised her calm demeanor and supported her decision not to give in to pressure. “I admire her patience, lol,” one user wrote on TikTok, while another applauded her for keeping herself composed like a “diva”.
A third said: “I’m with you Jennifer Castro, the mother has to educate her children,” and a fourth added: ” I’m a mother and I would never do something like that… I wish I had that inner peace like Jenifer.”

Castro addressed the ordeal during a recent appearance on the Cola Mais Podcast. She revealed plans to take legal action against the airline and the passenger who filmed her.
“Measures are now being taken,” she said, per New York Post. “What I went through wasn’t easy. The flight attendants could have asked me if I need anything, or if I was bothered by the passenger, but they didn’t. They stayed out of it.”
She recounted the tense flight, explaining that when she got on the plane, the child was in her seat. “I said, ‘This is my seat,’ and waited for him to leave,” she shared.
“A guy across the aisle said, ‘Change with him, you sit next to the aisle and he’ll have your place.’ I said, ‘No.’ The boy cried the entire flight, it was around 50 minutes. The mother was very rude,” she added.
Despite the backlash she’s faced from some corners of the internet, the woman says she’s grateful for the support. “I’m happy about all the support I received, although there were some online haters too. I still don’t know how to feel about it — I’m still trying to process everything.
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, found herself in an unexpected and uncomfortable situation during her appearance at the ESPY Awards. While attending the star-studded event, Markle was subjected to a heckling incident that left many onlookers shocked.
Reports suggest that during the evening, as Meghan made her way through the venue, an individual in the crowd shouted: “You’re no princess!” The comment, clearly aimed to insult, disrupted the celebratory atmosphere of the event, which is typically a night to honor athletes and their achievements.
Meghan, known for her composure in public, reportedly handled the situation with grace. Observers noted that she did not visibly react to the heckler’s outburst and continued with her evening.
Her ability to maintain her poise amidst such public scrutiny is a testament to her resilience, something she has often demonstrated in the face of media and public criticism.
The incident quickly became a talking point on social media, with fans of the Duchess rallying to her defense. Many condemned the behavior as inappropriate and disrespectful, especially given the context of the event.
Critics of the Duchess, however, saw the situation differently, with some suggesting it was a reflection of growing public sentiment regarding Meghan and Prince Harry’s controversial departure from royal duties.
The couple has faced polarizing opinions since stepping back from their roles as senior members of the British royal family in 2020 and relocating to California.
Despite the incident, Meghan continued to engage with attendees and was seen mingling with guests. Insiders at the event revealed that she appeared unbothered by the disruption, focusing instead on celebrating the accomplishments of the athletes being honored.

The husband of one of the passengers onboard the American Airlines plane that crashed over Washington DC yesterday evening has revealed the heartbreaking final text he received from his wife.
According to the Federal Aviation Authority (FDA), at around 21:00 local time, the airplane in question collided with a US Army helicopter as it neared Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
Reports state that there were 60 passengers and four crew members onboard the plane. The military helicopter, meanwhile, was carrying three soldiers said to be on a training exercise.
Harrowing CCTV footage, taken from a nearby building, has surfaced online showing the moment the plane and helicopter collided. A ball of flames can be seen erupting upon the impact, before both aircraft fell into the Potomac River.
Officials in Washington DC last night refused to confirm reports on casualties, insisting instead that they are focused on the ongoing rescue effort.
According to Washington DC Fire and Emergency Services Chief John Donnelly – as reported by BBC – around 300 responders on rubber boats have been deployed on the Potomac River to search for survivors.
“The challenge is access, there is wind, pieces of ice (on the water). It is dangerous and hard to work in,” Donnelly said.
Hamaad Raza, the husband of one of the passengers onboard Flight 5342, has opened up on the final text his wife sent him, just minutes before the deadly collision occurred.
“I’m just praying that someone is pulling her out of the river right now as we speak, that’s all I can pray for, I’m just praying to God,” Raza explained to WUSA9.
“She texted me that they were landing in 20 minutes.”
He added: “‘Landing in 20 minutes’, the rest of my texts did not get delivered, that’s when I realized something might be up.”
Following the incident, American Airlines issued the following statement: “American Eagle Flight 5342 en route from Wichita, Kansas (ICT), to Washington, D.C. (DCA) was involved in an accident at DCA. The flight was operated by PSA Airlines with a CRJ-700.
There were 60 passengers and four crew members on board the aircraft.
“Our concern is for the passengers and crew on board the aircraft. We are in contact with authorities and assisting with emergency response efforts.
If you believe you may have loved ones on board Flight 5342, call American Airlines toll-free at 800-679-8215. Those calling from outside the U.S. can visit news.aa.com for additional phone numbers. Family members in Canada, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands can call 800-679-8215 directly.”
President Donald Trump, sworn into office last Monday, confirmed he had been fully briefed on the “terrible accident” and said he was monitoring the situation.
“May God Bless their souls,” he said in a statement. “Thank you for the incredible work being done by our first responders.”
Our thoughts and prayers are with all those involved in this tragic accident.
Selena Gomez has been trending on social media once again for a few reasons. The actress and singer posted on social media, but it seems like people have a few opinions.
The actress and singer had some thoughts on the current situation, but other people had an opinion on what this really meant…
Selena Gomez posted a video to her Instagram stories, which resulted in quite a lot of backlash for her. The video she posted was in response to the latest immigration policies implemented in the United States by the new administration.
“All my people are getting attacked, the children. I don’t understand. I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t,” the 32-year-old singer said in the video with tears streaming down her face.
“I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise,” she said. A lot of users are accusing Gomez of making the issue at hand about herself. One person wrote, “she’s so annoying.”
“Selena always finds a way to make it about her feelings. This isn’t the time for performative tears, it’s about real lives being affected,” another person added. “Instead of crying on camera, maybe Selena should use her platform to share resources, donate, or raise awareness in a more constructive way,” another user added.
But others thought the criticism was unfair. One person wrote, “yall just hate it cuz it’s selena girlie just cares.” Another added similar sentiments, saying, “Oh so showing sympathy for your people is now termed as “making things about myself””
But apparently, the backlash was so intense that Gomez promptly deleted her video and wrote a message on a plain black background, “Apparently it’s not ok to show empathy for people.” She then deleted that story as well. This is not the first time Gomez has posted an emotional video on her social media.
The actress has talked about immigrants before, even sharing the emotional story of her family’s immigration in a 2019 Netflix docuseries called Living Undocumented.
The actress has in the past participated with many charities, including Unicef. She has also founded the Rare Impact Fund. The non-profit is dedicated to funding research for mental health-related initiatives.
